Greg Shields is the President and stockholder of Pentad Properties, Inc. and joined the company in 1986.

Prior to working with Pentad, Greg was the management and leasing director for the State of Utah for Clark Financial Corp., a Salt Lake City-based syndicator of shopping centers, apartments and office buildings. Greg has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1980 when he graduated from college and has extensive experience in all phases of the industry. Greg has, and continues to represent numerous national clients and specializes in retail and commercial, as well as hospitality properties. Among the clients he has represented are Training Table Restaurants, Papa Murphy's Pizza, Chevy's Fresh Mex, Promus Hotels (Hampton Inns, etc.), Windmill Inns of America, Eyemasters, Remington Hotel Corp., Hires Drive-Ins, Hogi Yogi, and many others.

Greg has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAIOP (National Association of Industrial Properties) since 1986.
