Tai Biesinger is the CEO and majority stockholder of Pentad Properties, Inc. since 1986.

Prior to joining Pentad, Tai was the director of real estate leasing and development for Clark Financial Corporation, a Salt Lake City-based syndicator of shopping centers, apartments and office buildings. With over 26 years experience in real estate, Tai's knowledge spans the real estate gamut from managing several enclosed malls, to redeveloping and re-tenanting retail centers, to assembling large parcels of inner-city properties for development.

Among the retail tenants Tai has either represented or for whom he has completed transactions are: Toys R' Us, Sears Homelife, REI Sporting Goods, Shopko, Blockbuster Video, Borders Books, Burger King, Hardee's, Wendy's, Skipper's, MacFrugals, Bed Bath & Beyond, Radio Shack, Century Theatres, Marriott Senior Living Services, Musician's Friend, Rubio's Baja Grill and Buca di Beppo.

Tai has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1974, serving on numerous regional committees and achieving the CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) designation in 1978. Tai has served on the ChainLinks board of directors and has served as the treasurer of ChainLinks.
